Visiting the archives
Everyone is welcome to visit the archives. Visitors to the Hub will benefit from a comfortable searchroom with capacity for twenty researchers. Our main searchroom has large desk space for viewing requested items and access to computers. Our microfilm and microfiche room offers access to 5 reader printers. Booking in advance is advised for access to the microfilm and microfiche readers.
Registration
When you visit the archive for the first time you will be asked to register: please bring two forms of identification, one of which must be photographic.
You can download the registration form, print it out and complete it before visiting. Just remember and bring it with you!
When you arrive
Bags, coats, umbrellas, food and drink items are not allowed in the searchroom.
Lockers are available to the left of the entrance.
