Education Packs
Archival material can provide a fascinating resource for teaching in both primary and secondary schools in a variety of subjects.
Education is a key outreach activity for the Heritage Hub, and we provide education packs to aid teaching in schools free of charge.
The education packs
- are designed to support the Curriculum for Excellence
- typically include archival source material, teachers’ guidance notes and worksheets for pupils.
we are happy to accommodate school visits to the Hub to support the use of our education packs.
Below is a list of education packs available so far.
If we don’t have a pack on the topic you are teaching, contact us to ask if we can put one together to suit you.
